Job description, responsibilities and duties
Active acquisition of new clients (property owners), hunting clients via cold-calling and networking in Slovakia (potentially CEE market)
Regular meetings with partners, realization of property inspections
Communication with selling and buying side
Complex preparation of tailor-made contract agenda, valuation of properties
Overseeing of legal matters within real estate transactions
Continuous real estate market analysis in cooperation with internal analytical department
Cooperation with internal brokerage team dedicated to different countries
Reporting to Country Manager
