Resonsibility for management of new projecs in terms of injection process in cooperation with Project Manager
Defining the process standards, yearly targets and key indicators, monitoring the process parameters
Monitoring the implementation of action plan
Proposing progressive changes into technological processes
New technological processes and "best practices" implementation
Performing audits of injection processes and tools
Leading and motivating the team of Proccess Animators, Technologists and Technicians
