General Broking Team Leader

Key responsibilities:
- Develop, grow, and maintain the relationship between the organization and clients, with a focus on growth (e.g., increasing amount or type of coverage, and/or products and services, for existing accounts) and retention
- Serve as first point of contact for day-to-day communication with numerous and/or complex accounts, follow up on correspondences and manage/maintain communications.
- Responsible for “Delivering the Firm” by aligning client strategies and needs to the company’s capabilities and resources
- Liaise between internal teams, vendors, clients, on an ongoing basis to ensure high service delivery and to respond to questions
- Serve as a contact on an ongoing basis by addressing ad hoc requests and managing satisfaction
- Coordinate, recommend and evaluate delivery of solutions and products to ensure alignment with potential and identified requirements, agreements, quality control standards, compliance requirements and established processes
- Collect insights and information on relationship satisfaction and report results to senior colleagues offering context and suggestions when needed to best ensure account satisfaction and retention
- Begin to build relationships with professional counterparts at client organizations
- Maintain a fluency in the Company's various service offerings and market trends to enrich work performed and develop sales capabilities

Requirements:

- Advance English and native Slovakian knowledge is a must
- At least 2 years of Insurance experience
- “Can do” and pro-active attitude
- Strong commercial awareness, excellent client facing and interpersonal skills
- Can work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent IT Skills (including Excel and Word)
- University degree is required
