Matrix messenger expert (full HO a IČO, práca pre nemeckých zákazníkov)

We are looking for external support for our end customers.

Due to a public invitation to tender, only consultants (profiles / offers) can be considered who cover the stated requirements of the customer (qualification requirements & experience requirements) 100%!

Framework conditions:
With end customers, the topic of mobility and the use of mobile devices is increasingly coming into focus. The EMM service currently offers the option of communicating with one another via telephony and SMS. The messenger also ensures messenger-based communication on mobile devices.

As part of the customer engagement, the messaging service, which is provided "on-premise" in the IT system of the end customer by our customer, will be established or expanded for mobile devices. There are different environments for the various requirement scenarios.

Tasks:
The contractor undertakes to provide the following individual services in accordance with the service description:

Planning, conception & further development of the messenger solution based on "Matrix"
i. Planning and preparation of the messenger infrastructures in the customer infrastructure
ii. Development / implementation of a concept for the highly available structure of the messenger infrastructures including load balancing (HA - high availability)
iii. Development / expansion of the infrastructures
iv. Creation of test cases and execution of tests
v. Documentation of the infrastructures, disaster recovery, HA
vi. Creation / updating of the IT security concept
vii. Elaboration / further development and documentation of the enrollment process taking into account given dependencies and requirements
viii. Training and know-how transfer for architects and administrators in the solution
ix. Examination, evaluation and discussion of solutions to implement new requirements
x. Examination and, if necessary, optimization of the existing environment (open, VS-NfD) (performance, load sharing, operational reporting, etc ...)
xi. Service development of the messenger solution according to customer standards

The specifications are made available to the contractor in good time in the form of procedural instructions, process descriptions, manuals, circulars and other customer-internal documentation.
