We are looking for leader for our client who is an experienced team of experts in Unified Communications. In doing so, they worked alongside many industry experts and developed great relationships with them. They help customers achieve massive cost savings and focus on driving the solutions to achieve the removal of legacy equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Identify all project deliverables and dependencies and develop an integrated plan including risk mitigation plans
- Providing regular Status Reports
- Implement Agile methodology and ensuring team adheres
- Set up prioritisation of projects mechanism for the team and manage expectations for
- Manage the Scope of the project meticulously and enforce project change control
- Arrange resources for the project in cooperation with line management

Our client have established an application development practice for developing specialist tools in the Unified Communications Space these are based on Microsoft’s Power platform in the low code space
as well as more traditional app development using languages such as C# and Java. They have seen explosive growth in this area and would like to expand their team to cater for the demand.

Personality requirements and skills
- Proven experience as a Software Development Project Manager
- Ideally experience of Micrsoft Power Platform – but not essential
- Experience as a Project Manager working for a Software Supplier/Vendor/Software House
- Robust experience of Agile methodology with confidence to implement it for the development practice and use it
- Customer-facing experience as a Project Manager delivering software to external clients
track record of successful delivery of complex, large scale, IT-led real time projects
including software integration
- An ability to manage both internal technical resource but also set expectations with end customers as to scope of delivery and timescales
- Self-sufficiency, a pro-active attitude, flexibility to take responsibility to solve customer problems
- An excellent communicator at all levels and ability to manage stakeholders and expectations internally and externally
