* Objective:
* Help request handling, relevant software application handling, general support, relevant software scripting, user accounts handling, creating reports, data evaluation/handling and answering simple questions within Business Systems department. Daily interaction with internal Business Intelligence Software in a team with four software Engineers and IT Manager.
