Job description, responsibilities and duties
* Responsibility for final results of Projects under construction department, not only in time but also in costs
* Direct cooperation with dependent Senior Project Managers
* Responsibility for selection, retention, supervision and termination of all subordinated staff under his/her department
* Maintaining of organization of all budgets, cost to complete, variances, and provides updates to the controller
* Periodic site visits for monitoring situation on Projects
* Developing the construction market, including tenders for public works and private clients
* Place of work: 80% Nitra, 20% Bratislava
