Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for an Application Analyst to assist our clients and partners (restaurant chains, delivery companies, delivery platforms, etc.) with technical issues and application setup. You will be responsible for providing problem determination, workaround resolution and root cause analysis within the established Service Level Agreement (SLA) time frame.
If you have excellent communication skills in English, you’re passionate about technology, driven by helping others, empathetic and a good listener, we might be looking for you. You will also be responsible for gathering feedback from the clients and cooperating with developers to fulfill our clients’ needs.
How you will do it?
You will be working 5 days per week (not necessarily on weekdays) on assigned morning/afternoon shifts where you will deal with emails and sometimes calls: the majority of the conversations are in written form and the shifts are distributed 3 weeks ahead.

- curiosity and braveness to ask challenging questions
- working flexible hours;
- being risk-aware so that you can evaluate the severity of the issues;
