Job description, responsibilities and duties

We expect you to monitor all the front desk operations, supervise front office team and ensure our guests feel welcome. If you are seeking a position where you can further grow and be a part of a great team, this job may be your answer. We are NOT JUST BETTER. We are DIFFERENT.

Essential Job Functions :
- Manages and motivates the Front Office team in order to provide a high standard of service for our hotel guests
- Welcomes guests and supports customer loyalty through his/her friendly manner
- Oversees and supervises guest arrivals and departures
- Ensures that the pricing policy and internal standards of Front Office services and procedures are duly applied
- Integrates and trains new employees, providing support for skills development
- Builds strong relationships with other departments (Housekeeping, Reservations, F&B etc.)
- Handles any guest complaints or contentious issues that cannot be settled directly by team members and provides a fast solution
- Performs other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Proficiency (C2)

Personality requirements and skills

We expect from you
- at least 2 years of experience as a Front Office Shift Leader or Supervisor at 4* or 5* hotel
- solid computer knowledge and experience in MS-Office programs
- ability to remain calm under pressure
- fluency in English language
