• Ability to work 20 hours / week

what will you do
As part of Lenovo’s global HR team, the Junior Payroll Specialist - Student you are going to support mainly the In House Payroll Team with daily operation tasks, administrative activities and archieve. This includes work with new hire documents, sick leave documents, terminated employees, others. Your duties will vary ensuring you receive an in-depth knowledge and a chance to put your theoretical knowledge about payroll processes into use.
You will be part of Slovakia In House Payroll team to process administrative payroll tasks internally, cooperate with HR functions to ensure the effective delivery of end to end payroll processing and query management.
The position is based in Bratislava and you will report to Payroll Manager in Slovakia.
What will be your responsibilities:
• Ensure payroll administrative duties are dealt within a timely manner
• Follows all processes upon to local legislation and internal rules
• Use internal tools and prepare appropriate input data for payroll calculations to ensure proper payroll processing
• Partner with Internal Stakeholders
