Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

who are we looking for

What you will bring:

- 3+ years of full-cycle, professional level recruiting and sourcing experience (CV sourcing, CV screenings, phone interviews, F2F interviews, feedback).
- International / EMEA recruitment experience is a huge advantage
- Experience with passive candidates approaching.
- Sourcing experience (LinkedIn, Github, Xing, Profesia, etc.) - you'll get your Linkedin license
- End to end hiring process responsibility (You are the single point of contact for Hiring managers and for candidates driving entire hiring process).
- International recruitment experience is an advantage.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).

what will you do

You as Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist is critical in recruiting talents will be working on positions different countries within EMEA region to ensure we have the best team globally.

What else will you be doing as Talent Acquisition Specialist?


- Working in partnership with Senior TA team, Hiring managers and HR business partners on end to end hiring process within EMEA.
- Creatively sourcing qualified candidates through a variety of channels (social media, direct sourcing, internet, employee referrals, community, job fairs, etc.).
- Driving the hiring process and managing candidates` pool on job boards, internal database and social media.
- Understanding diversity goals and act as a subject matter expert for areas of staffing responsibility.
- Conducting competency based interviews.
- Looking for new ways in talent sourcing strategies / campus hiring, employee referral, job fairs, LinkedIn...
- Responsible for advertising, maintaining and refresh job positions to various relevant academic and professional sites.
- Participating in exciting HR projects which have local and global impact

1 600 EUR/monthBase gross monthly salary from minimum 1600 EUR and above, depending on experience + variable part.
