who are we looking for

• At least 8 years’ experience in HR, HRBP experience preferred within an international environment
• Experience of Hungarian employment/payroll law and practices
• HR, Economics or Management related degree
• Project management experience.
• Team management experience
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong ownership of issues
• Experience with rapid and complex changing work environments.
• Excellent interpersonal & presentation skills
• Skilled at HR process improvement
• Goal orientated
• High attention to detail

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

what will you do

To make sure the policy, procedure and process compliance with the Lenovo Group.
Contribute to the company business strategy by helping business leaders identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes.
Meet the recruitment needs to make sure the smooth operation of the business.
Facilitate appropriate manager and employee training and manage its delivery.

Implement short and long-term initiatives aligned with the strategic business strategy and agenda.

Act as a liaison between the line and corporate HR to ensure that HR services are aligned with internal client needs and meet business needs.
Help the business unit leader to provide employees with development opportunities and ensure that they are able to meet current and future KPIs.
Understand leader, manager, employee opinions and anticipate their needs and concerns.
Provide expert advice and coaching to leaders, managers, employees as appropriate.

Review and benchmark the internal and external environment to improve HR objectives, initiatives, and policies.

Identify and drive the communication and sharing of best practices across functions to facilitate continuous improvement.

Identify new opportunities where HR can add value to the business.

Maintain knowledge of progressive and innovative HR practices and trends.

Facilitate a strong leadership and coaching culture throughout the organization.
