• 5 to 7 years of work experience in industry
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in change management activities & assessment execution
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in training coordination
• Resourceful with excellent problem solving skills. Able to do root cause analysis and identify action plans.
• Highly proactive and independent, with strategic sense to identify, anticipate and mitigate risks and issues
• An open mind, able to manage details but also see the big picture

Required education

University education (Bachelor's degree)

what will you do

The Geo Change Management Lead will play a key role in ensuring the Velocity program meet its objectives by creating and implementing geography-specific change management plans that maximize employee readiness and adoption, and minimize resistance. This leader will collaborate with internal and external project leads to drive higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees, thus increasing benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of project results and outcomes.

Planning
• Update and maintain the Velocity Stakeholder Analysis for the respective geography
• Work with key stakeholders to develop Geo-specific plans in support of the program Change Management Strategy and Plan

Communication & Engagement
• Tailor program communication materials to maximize relevancy and effectiveness with local audiences
• With support from the Change Management team, coordinate and lead Geo and local change activities (engagement events, workshops) as necessary
• Own & manage Geo Change Agent Network to drive program communications, issue discussion, feedback across projects

Impact Management & Readiness
• Work with Geo and local leaders to identify change impacts specific to the Geo
• Facilitate the measurement of Geo/country change readiness
• Develop and lead the execution of action plans required to mitigate impacts and readiness gaps

Training
• Provide input to training needs assessments from each program tower
• Coordinate training plan for the Geo with each Tower Change team
• Manage training content localization as necessary
• Assist in the organization and execution of Geo train-the-trainer and instructor-led training sessions
