Global Supply Chain Operations Analyst

• University or High School education
• Experience in customer fulfillment / order management / retail operation / customer support / supply chain
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Excellent data analysis and data interpretation skills
• Strong communicator, pro-active in building business networks

• Must be able to work in a global cross-functional team environment
• Responsible for timely and highly accurate analysis under tight deadlines
• Strong analytical skills: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
• Strong organizational skills including project management, time management and multi-tasking of both strategic and tactical work streams
• Takes accountability for completing work assignments with little direction and guidance; work independently without close supervision
• Excellent executive level presentation skills and interpretation of data, draw conclusions and recommendations to feedback to Consumer business / executives

what will you do

The role will be responsible to drive tactical and strategic improvements in world wide Consumer supply chain processes that result in faster order to delivery cycle times and higher customer satisfaction.

• Responsible for creating, owning and driving improvement road-maps for consumer products and top consumer customers (order placement thru delivery)
• Responsible for reporting, analysis and presentation of deliveries to our consumer customers (order backlog, volumes, time to deliver, highlights, lowlights etc.)
• Responsible for identifying areas of improvement to the management teams for consideration and priority both within Geos and globally where applicable
• Responsible for actively engaging and collaborating with local Geo functions such as Customer Fulfillment and Sales Operations
• Responsible for the world wide Weekly BMS to manage Top Key Consumer Accounts, including Package to Senior Executive Leadership team on-time each week.
• Applies advanced professional knowledge to ensure consistency in analysis
• Maintains thorough working knowledge of tools and processes as required
• Must be able to work in a global cross-functional team environment
• Responsible for timely and highly accurate analysis under tight deadlines
