Operation Responsibilities
Establish, maintain and optimize effective admin rule and process;
Be responsible for building decoration and office layout management.
Be responsible for management of fixed assets, stationery, conference, license and seals, vehicle and working environment.
Manage admin vendors on daily basis and ensure satisfactory service.
Represent company to take part in negotiation processes with admin vendors and protect the interest of the company.
In charge of communication with external institution and relation maintenance.
Lead admin activities, such as annual outing, annual party, people caring events.
Make necessary preparation for VIP visits and smoothly handle the receptionist routines.
