Junior OS Deployment Engineer

* Minimum 3-5 years SW Engineering experience * In depth knowledge of think product HW systems * Knowledge of multiple Imaging Tools * Lotus Notes expertise * Thorough understanding of Windows OS * Understanding of Office Suite * Customer facing skills * Strong communication skills * Experience in the deployment of operating systems (Workstation,Windows7, Linux etc.), * Ability to debug, strong troubleshooting skills * Workstation/Desktop/Mobile Hardware experience * Image Development is critical (must have experience creating images) * Extensive knowledge of Imaging software ImageX, Symantec Ghost, and tools such as Sysprep (used to deploy Windows on multiple computers) * Hardware Skills (prefer IBM/Lenovo) * Clear and concise communication skills * Customer skills. They will need to speak to clients, gather customer specific requirements, educate the customer on the process and lastly follow through to ensure the expectations of the customer have been met.

Skills that would be a plus:
A+ certification
Any knowledge of coding/programming (even basic)
French and or German language skills.

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Successful candidate will
- prepare, build and test custom Windows laptop and desktop images for a specialized manufacturing process
- build custom software images based on customer specifications, migrate custom software images to new hardware platforms and configurations
- replace all PC and laptop components based on customer specifications
