* Having daily spoken and written interaction with English native speakers
* Administrative scope of work - including processing of orders, claims, general queries, handling incoming emails and phone calls
* Providing advisory on LEDVANCE products and processes
* Working in SAP and internal systems

We are looking for a candidate with:
* ADVANCED level of English language - C1 level is a must
* Willingness to provide support via phone (handling not only emails but also incoming phone calls)
* Previous customer care experience (order entry, claim handling, 1st level support etc.) - not mandatory, however definitely will be a plus
* Strong focus on the customer
* Professional spoken and written communication
* Ability to work independently
* Responsible and proactive attitude
* Stress resistance
* Solid PC skills
Key requirement: willingness to work till 6 PM.
Suitable for graduates with the right attitude and motivation.
* According to the law, publication of the basic wage component (minimum wage for advertised positions) is required.
