Customer Service Representative with English language

We are opening a new position at our customer service department which is suitable also for fresh graduates with advanced knowledge of English language.

If you feel comfortable in dealing with the customers plus you speak a required foreign language fluently and enjoy administrative work, send us your CV right away!

Your daily scope of work will include:
* Processing of customers´ orders in SAP system
* Monitoring of orders
* Regular data updates in SAP
* Processing and handling of claims
* Providing required information to internal and external customers - delivery time, amount of stocks etc.
* Following the working procedures
* Processing of all related administrative tasks

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

English - Advanced (C1)

* Advanced spoken and written communication in English language
* Practical experience in a similar role is advantageous but not a must
* Good PC skills - MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel
* Knowledge of SAP system is an advantage
* Well-developed communication skills and the ability to convince with presentation skills
* Afinity to administrative tasks
* Positive attitude and good problem-solving skills
* Ability to interact and cooperate with other team members
