CAD Manager for R&D Center, Plzeň

Reporting to the Engineering Director of the Plzeň Technical Center, the CAD Engineering Manager will have responsibility for managing the design teams task allocation, continuous improvement and best practice implementation to ensure robust engineering deliverables are met in accordance to customer timing and specifications. The CAD Engineering Manager will seek to drive the team to offer best in class for cost and engineering solutions.

As a CAD Manager, your role may also include:

Develop a structured design group to be autonomous in complete seat and seat components design.
Work proactively with internal teams to identify, hire, train and integrate new designers into the team throughout 2018.
Drive the utilization of engineering systems to improve quality of design deliverables.
Work proactively with Engineering Business Leaders throughout Europe to define work packages, timing and deliverables of Plzen CAD team.
Continuously assess processes to challenge how effectively and efficiently the team achieves results.
