Job description, responsibilities and duties
This is an exciting role for an experienced and passionate Human Resources Leader with responsibility for our Plant in Presov. You will enjoy working with the Regional HR Manager and the Business Leaders in your plant to ensure our HR portfolio matches the business requirements.
Your tasks will be:
• Working closely with the Plant Manager and the production team.
• Contributing to continuous improvement processes and initiatives.
• Supporting the plant as a business partner, including recruitment activities and learning & development.
• Implementing and driving training planning in close collaboration with all managers.
• Training and mentoring your team of HR professionals.
• Continuing to build our Employer of Choice brand in the region.
• Monitoring the accuracy of payroll completed in Presov for the entire country.

Your profile:
• Successfully completed Bachelor´s degree or equivalent.
• At least 6 years of HR experience, including at least 4 years in a managerial role.
• Ideally experience of working in a fast-paced production environment, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Good working knowledge in payroll.
• Innovative and proactive personality.
• Fluence in Slovak and English language.
• Successfully completed Bachelor´s degree or equivalent.
• At least 6 years of HR experience, including at least 4 years in a managerial role.
• Ideally experience of working in a fast-paced production environment, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Good working knowledge in payroll.
• Innovative and proactive personality.
• Fluence in Slovak and English language.
