Job description, responsibilities and duties

Our Shared Service Center is looking for a new colleague to join our Global HR team.

Role overview:
The Global HRIS Junior Specialist, as a member of the Global HRIS team, is responsible for supporting the Core HR (HCM), Compensation, Performance, & Talent functionalities within Global HRIS. Acts as the global tool expert and is responsible for the planning and delivery of configuration, testing and training activities in these matters. The Global HRIS Junior Specialist is also responsible for providing guidance and support to the Business Support Centers (regional & global), Corporate Offices (Switzerland and France) and all countries.

Main responsibilities:
- Provide level 3 support to business by problem management troubleshooting
- Coordination with Regional SuccessFactors (SF) Helpdesks
- Analyze and solve issues related to configuration of events, validation rules and notifications
- Support annual global HR processes and SF releases
- Enhance the user experience by developing & maintaining support tools, including reference material for the users
- Collect requirements & feedback
- Work with Global HRIS Senior Analyst to recommend proposed modifications
- Help with documenting & Implementing configuration and process requirements

Personality requirements and skills

Qualifications / Requirements:
- University degree
- Fluent in English, other spoken languages are an advantage
- Experience in the HRIS function and/or payroll and/or Hire to Retire processes
- Knowledge of HR processes or HRIS
- Knowledge of Global HRIS and SaaS solutions
- Knowledge of SAP HCM solutions is a plus
