Job description, responsibilities and duties
As an O2C Key User your responsibilities will be:
- Proactive identifying, gathering and timely resolving of technical issues (including process and system setting issues) within O2C area.
- Communication and follow-up as a single point of contact for O2C and other teams and an interface between EBS and Operating Countries for the technical issues.
- Coordinating testings, new implementations, participating in workshops and chairing allocated projects.
- Single point of contact for O2C and other team leads in resolving daily issues, helping with analysis to make sure management of all O2C technical processes/services is consistent with accounting principles and SAP EBM settings.
- Strong understanding of Internal controls and related risk, compliance with the control description and work instructions for the execution of internal control including no manipulation of information used in control.
- Ensuring SSC process designs are consistent with best practice, investigating process improvement initiatives where appropriate and constantly aiming for improvements.
- Responsible for staff training and education in O2C SAP improvements implemented or projects executed, proactive new comers as well as senior professionals training as per the need of the team leads.
- Ad hoc reporting requirements as per the team leads and managers operational need.
- Supporting project related tasks, testing, knowledge transfer and smooth business run after Go live.

Personality requirements and skills
- SAP key user/Business SAP user experience at least 2 years
- Basic knowledge of SAP configuration, customizing and ABAP Workbench
- English (min. B2)
- SAP user experience in FI/CO/FA module
- ERP architecture knowledge
- Excellent MS Office Skills including MS Project
- Ideally LSS certified
- Deliver results proactively
- Practical thinking & problem solving attitude
- Customer orientation
- Basic knowledge of SAP configuration, customizing and ABAP Workbench
- English (min. B2)
