Job description, responsibilities and duties

Based in the new Bratislava office in Polus Tower II, the successful candidate will be the first point of contact and manage the reception and common areas as follows:

• Responsible for the professional appearance of reception and meeting rooms
• Organizing and responsible for the smooth running of common areas such as the reception, meeting rooms, kitchen
• Taking care of visitors
• Handling incoming calls
• Mail management - registration, distribution
• Organising refreshments for planned workshops, trainings and meetings
• Administrative support to Business unit managers
• Deputising the Office Manager

• Min. of 1 year of experience in a similar position is an advantage

• High standards of confidentiality to handle sensitive information
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
