Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Current process mapping including relevant procedures, instructions, form and templates
- Equipment and tooling database
- Standards for new equipment, machines, tooling preparation
- Encouragement to continuous improvement of process/procedure/
- Investment plans and authorization requests presentation to M-STC
- Process standardization (standard building blocks)
- Best practices identification and sharing
- Contingency plans preparation
- Process continuous improvement monitoring
- Competition overview on new developments in processes and technologies

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the injection molding workshop – process supervision.
- 5 years of experience in injection molding tools design, trim, repair, commissioning.
- Knowledge of injection molding machines.
- Experience within automotive industry.
