Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Responsible for the implementation of the activities stated in the HR Strategy
• Providing personnel support to the company management in accordance with the current legislation.
• Coordinating learning and development processes in line with the Training plan and Training Budget
• Taking care of the social program and employee benefits
• Arranging the recruitment, job position changes and end-of-contract processes
• HR process management (talent management, executive management, succession process, motivation process ...)
• Overseeing the personnel administration management and the correct archiving of the employees personal data
• Regular (monthly, annual) reporting of results to the company management
• Coordinating of ethical issues and complaints
