Software Project Leader/Scrum Master

The salary in the job add is a minimal guaranteed base salary and can be higher -  depending on the skills, level, education,  professional experience, technological know-how.



Building on our measurement technology, we provide system solutions with increasing integration into the digital environment for our customers. Our team is working on distributed, microservices based generic measurement system, where we search for 

Project Leader who will:

• Coordinate teams of SW developers in Slovakia in the role of Scrum master
• Plan the features of the next project milestone in collaboration and agreement with the Product Owner and with the SW development team
• Participate in understanding the requirements of the application and needs of business
• Manages impediments, eliminate waste, manage the team's health, team self-organization
• Actively cultivates the mutual communication between all team members, bridging eventual gaps between different teams and stakeholders 
• Support coordinate modern working methodologies such as Scrum, CI/CD, and automated testing
