Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Consult with multiple partners within different departments and sections to define areas of focus and potential improvement
- Source ideas from our front-line representatives to drive efficiencies by eliminating defects while create better experiences for our partners
- Partner with colleagues outside of Operations organization to deliver on technology, product, service and policy enhancements
- Foster collaboration between all Operations departments
- Quantify and track improvements to show the value of the Process Innovation work being done
- Play your role in a high performing team of process analysts

- MBA preferred,
- 2-3 years of equivalent work experience in manufacturing, service, technology, experiential or customer loyalty concept and/or high customer engagement industries
- Ability to transform a high-level strategy / vision into specific deliverables and actions.
- Proven track record of implementing ideas meant to drive efficiencies and process improvements
- Knowledge of Six-Sigma / Lean is a great advantage
- Collaborative style and approach
- Comfortable working in a matrixed, decentralized structure
- Self-starter, high level of energy, motivation and ability to work independently, mobilize teams into action and manage multiple projects with demanding timelines
- Acceptable presentation skills, great listener with ability to distinguish process conflicts
- Language: English (Advanced speaking, reading and writing)
- PC Skills: Microsoft Office/Excel, PowerPoint, Word
