Job description, responsibilities and duties

key responsibilities:
  • keeping and managing personal agenda
  • registry of employee attendance
  • documentation preparation for payroll
  • keeping track of employee incentives
  • crosschecking work contracts, amendments, records of changes related to employee data
  • counselling in the area of Labour Code
  • personal reporting: employee turnover, fluctuation, sickness, vacation tracking
  • create and follow up on personal correspondence with employees
  • keep track of all needed documentation for type of employment (full time, part time, students)
  • agreements on work performed outside employment relationship
  • termination of employment relationship
  • responsible for exit procedures
  • cooperation on updating internal guidelines and work related procedures

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)

- experience in HR - payroll preparation, attendance sheets
- knowledge of the labour code
- excellent english knowledge at least level B1/C1 advantage
- strong focus on detail
- analytical abilities
