Informácie o pracovnom mieste
Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti
- is responsible for the PIC - Industrial and Commercial Plan and the PDP -
Production Master Plan,
- consolidate the forecast and contractualize the logistical conditions with the
customer,
- ensures the management of the order book,
- stores sales orders on the CAM (verification, validation of costs, deadlines, price,
index, etc.) and ensures that the ERP is working properly,
- is the customer contact for any subject concerning shipments of parts on order,
- inform the sales department of any capacity problems and find internal or
external solutions,
- pilot the logistics department - Sales Administration, Planning, Scheduling,
Procurement, Store and Deploy Continuous Improvement Plans. Develop
problem solving methods,
- analyzes the load in relation to the production capacity and decides with the
production of the solutions to put in place - Plans the production according to
the needs finished products,
- establishes weekly reports production carried out: alerts sector managers about
manufacturing delays,
- track inventory levels and optimize them (material, in process, finished
products), have inventories made, and take improvement measures if
necessary,
- organizes flow management, outsourcing monitoring and carrier tracking,
- follows the customer service rate indicator - Follows the supplier service rate
indicator.
