Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Controlling & Reporting Analyst role will report directly to the Country Financial Controller for his or her country. This position will assist with statutory and fiscal reporting and working with the Country Financial to ensure local compliance and controls are in place. The role requires excellent financial and accounting skills and a high level of attention to detail.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITES

• Support the Country Financial Controller to manage the relationship with local fiscal and regulatory bodies and review monthly, quarterly, annual returns for accuracy and completeness
• Working with Country Financial Controller to ensure an appropriate controls environment is in place working (where applicable, alongside the relevant shared service centre and IT division) and monitor and report compliance with it (including compliance with SOX)
• Prepares and/or review Cartesis reporting packages after Transactional Processing department preparation and submission
• Extract net working capital reports from systems and analyse accordingly including follow up of accrued and deferred balances with Business Partners and Country Financial Controller
