Job description, responsibilities and duties

The purpose of the role is to provide day to day administrative support to HR function with the main focus on record keeping, civil contracts processing and personal files management.

What this job involves:
• General HR administration
• HR database and personal file maintenance
• Create digital archive of all paper personal files
• Communication with external payroll accountant
• Satisfy everyday operation needs
• Carry out any other reasonable ad hoc duties in order to support the Head of HR
