Senior Accountant

We are looking for an experienced senior accountant to ensure the integrity of financial reporting, timely submission of statutory and tax requirements, budget and forecasts preparation.

Responsibilities:
• Produce error-free accounting records in line with JLL standards, US GAAP and local regulations.
• Prepare and publish timely all statutory and tax reporting requirements, and where applicable, in cooperation with external accountants.
• In cooperation with the shared service center, verify accounting operations including billing, A/R, A/P, GL, fixed assets, treasury and revenue recognition.
• Prepare the budget and financial forecasts.
• Analyse financial information and summarize financial status.
• Update and report regularly work-in-hand and pipeline.
• Review receivables and take steps to facilitate timely recoverability.
• Review of cash needs to ensure cash availability from JLL global funding.
• Ensure timely resolution of queries and submission of information to JLL management, internal auditors, external auditors, tax and regulatory authorities, banks, etc.
• Ensure competent in company’s financial systems and reporting tools (PeopleSoft, Hyperion Planning, One Stream, etc.).
• Perform other related tasks as required
