Reporting Analyst
Location: Prague
Full-time permanent contract
Responsibilities:
• Monthly preparation and submission of Sales Reports and Quarterly Income Statements and Balance Sheet BRAVO Reports incl. GL Tie-Out
• Preparation and submission of other Quarterly/Yearly BRAVO and LYNX reports
• Sales reconciliations and timely follow-up on differences between various sub-systems
• ARIBA Interface (PO, Invoice, Payment, GR) and SLS Interface reconciliations with timely resolution of differences
• Business partnering with other GS Departments, Country Finance Managers, Business Unit Finance (BUF) and BS Centre of Excellence (BS CoE)
• Support in continuous development of reporting tools and close cooperation with tool providers
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or similar
• Basic accounting & good finance knowledge
• Good understanding of Income Statement (P&L) and Balance Sheet (B/S)
• Advanced Excel knowledge, macros would be an advantage
• Previous work experience is required
• Experience working in SAP or another ERP system
• Ability to work under pressure and set priorities
• Strong analytical and communication skills
