What you will do

OTC (Order to Cash) department`s responsibility covers all processes related to receiving, processing and fulfilling customer`s requests for goods or services. Order to Cash department is continuously working on improvements and process enhancements to fulfill our customer`s requirements in highest quality to ensure customer satisfaction.  

How will you do it

• Providing 2nd level support for the billing issues

• Processing queries from the customers

• Following open credit notes; investigating their cleaning and communication of the outcome to

the customers

• System administration

• Investigation and analysis of the cases coming from the clients

• Daily communication with other teams and with customers

• 70% internal investigation and 30% delivering the resolution to the customer  

What we look for

Required:

• Business education degree or adequate professional experience focusing on Finance/Accounting

• 0 – 1,5 years of experience in the Finance department

• Finance background, MS-Office (MS Excel, MS Outlook), ERP experience is an advantage

• C1 level of English

• Willing to develop, learn

What you will learn

During your time working in our team you will develop negotiation and communication skills. You will deepen your knowledge in various fields as billing or customer operation. Also you will be able to orient in systems such as CBS and Salesforce.

The gross monthly salary for this position starts from 1050 EUR per month and a monthly bonus that starts after your first 6 months. Please note this is a minimum salary and our compensation packages are based on your professional experience and qualifications.
