Senior Finance Reporting & Analysis (FRA) Analyst with Italian

What you will do
 
The FRA Analyst works in a multi-disciplinary team of other peers and is responsible for report development and preparation, analysis, preparing the input to financial presentations and other projects requested.  This function acts as support of critical organizations of the company to provide insights and support optimal business decision making. The Financial Reporting and Analysis Analyst function reports into the BT&S, Finance Organization and works closely with the business operations and finance staff across Johnson Controls.
 
How you will do it
 
  • Develop, standardize and automate business focused financial and performance reports using reporting tools.
  • Provide daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports and analysis of financial and performance KPI’s including P&L and Trade Working Capital.
  • Provide real time ad-hoc analysis.
  • Assist in preparation and loading of forecasts on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Compile financial information for business reviews.
  • Provide timely and accurate data for financial planning / analysis.
  • Assist with the completion of annual financial plans (including Opex and Capex plans), budgets and forecasts as required.
  • Prepare financial records for a specific business unit / area.
  • Operate within established finance procedures.
  • Document risks and escalate to management.
  • Ensure adequate internal controls are maintained.
  • Prompt response to all information requests.
  • Achieve deadlines set by leadership and the business and proactively monitor and raise instances where deadlines cannot be met in a timely fashion.
  • Compile financial information for business reviews.
What we look for
Required Qualifications
 
  • 3+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis or equivalent experience in Finance
  • Fluent in English and Italian languages
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel (joint formulas, conditional formatting, pivot tables, data mining)
  • Strong customer and business orientation and desire to develop business acumen
  • Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
  • Ability to work with unstructured data
  • Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated
  • Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Essbase and Hyperion
  • VBA skills

Salary starting from 1650 EUR/month gross based on relevant experience.
