Transition Admin Support

What you will do

Our transition Admin Support will be supporting closely the ongoing transition projects happening currently in Johnson Controls. This person will closely work with the Finance Management, employees and third party vendors involved in the projects.

How will you do it

• Providing general administrative support to transition teams

• Cooperating with 3^rd party vendors in order to arrange and book bulk transition travel trips

• Maintaining and updating accurately Project indicator tracking documents

• Supporting with presentation materials for the Transition projects

• Maintaining transition timelines

What we look for

Required

• Excel (advanced - formulas)

• Power point (advanced)

• Travel management experience welcomed (bookings of bulk travels)

• Project planning (basics)

• Previous experience in finance transformation projects welcomed

Starting from 1000 EUR/month gross based on relevant experience.
