FRA Manager - Financial, Reporting & Analysis

What you will do
The Financial Reporting and Analysis Manager will act as a business partner and will be spear-heading the financial quarterly forecasts, annual budgeting process and outlook process. You will provide financial support to Senior Management including preparing financial presentations, analysis, ad hoc analysis and other projects requested. This function acts as the analytical engine of the company to provide insights and support ‘optimal’ business decision making. 

How you will do it

  • Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures.
  • Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance, providing insights and decision making support to the business.
  • Supervision of one Financial Analyst.
  • Engage direct reports in order to create a positive work environment.
  • Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting and Modeling tools.
  • Drive the financial quarterly forecast, annual budget and outlook processes.
  • Implement and work with Business Intelligence Tools and Dashboard reports.
  • Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies.
  • Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes.
  • Supporting Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis
  • Prepare presentations to the Senior Management Team.
  • Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis.
  • Promote effective communication between Finance and business through first-hand knowledge of the business owners, processes and issues.
  • Act as first escalation point for issues that don’t get resolved between Finance Teams and business functions.
  • Act as intermediary to ensure close cooperation and effective communication between the business and internal service providers (CFS, SSC) and drive allocation of activities per agreed taxonomies and SLAs.

What we look for
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Proven track record and experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, Financial Controlling or equivalent experience in Accounting/Finance.
  • Strong customer and business orientation and desire to develop business acumen
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. Essbase and HFM knowledge is required.
  • Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
  • Strong leadership skills required. 
  • Experience in multi-unit manufacturing/commercial/retail concepts
  • Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to influence across the organization and work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English and additional language an advantage


Starting from 2800EUR/month gross (plus an ongoing monthly bonus that starts after your first 6 months) based on relevant experience*
