Talent Acquisition Intern (student position) – English + German or Dutch speaker

The EMEA Talent Acquisition Centre of Expertise was set up in 2015 to centralize recruitment activities and talent attraction across the region. The team works as experts to access the external talent labour market. We are positioned to make a dramatic impact on the culture at Johnson Controls by focusing on delivering high quality hires in an appropriate time frame.
 
As part of the Centre of Expertise - EMEA, the Talent Acquisition intern is accountable for administrative support for the EMEA Talent Acquisition team and pre-selection and pre-screening of candidates.
 
How you will do it

• Providing administrative support for the EMEA Talent Acquisition team
• Working with candidate databases in order to storage and retrieve information when needed
• Pre-selecting and pre-screening candidates, helping with language assessment and organisation of interviews
• Preparing job advertisements and postings
• Working on continuous improvement of processes
• Supporting on additional events (career fairs, open days, assessment centres, etc.)

What we look for

• University student (Bachelor or Masters)
• Strong communication skills in English and German or Dutch
• Ability to work in a dynamic, high performance environment
• Willingness to learn and to interact with people from a variety of cultures and backgrounds

You will be based in our newly opened offices in the vibrant city centre close to the river and Eurovea shopping centre. The onsite facilities include a fitness centre, coffee machines, canteen and nursery.
 
Salary starting from 4 EUR/hour gross based on relevant experience.
