Lead Internal Auditor

The primary focus will be to audit the operational team at Nitra plant to work on a range of physical audit activities directly contributing to external and internal quality performance of Jaguar Land Rover products.
Subject Matter expert on site for the Quality Operating System (Manufacturing Quality Operating System (MQOS) procedures & IATF 16949 standard), SPC, PFMEA and Integrated Production System Quality Assurance across the Nitra plant.

* Carrying out IATF Audits (Procedural, Process, SPC) throughout all plant areas, including production and indirect areas.
* Support with organisation of Internal System Audits and External Cetification Audits.
* Report on his area status for MQOS non conformances and corrective action status to next hierarchical level.
* Concern, definition and problem analysis will be an integral part of the job, as will liaison with Company Quality Coaches and audit teams to ensure continued compliance to company and plant level procedures.
* Provide day to day supervision and support to the operational team in the completion of targets directly contributing to external and internal quality performance of Jaguar Land Rover products.
* Complete accurate record measures of performance (KPI’s) as directed.
* Ensure unauthorised attendance targets are achieved through disciplined approach to absence management.
* Responsibility of training logs for team / group workshops.
* Maintain department records for audit purposes and to be the main point of contact for all relevant auditing process.
* Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested

Experience in procedure adherence, control and auditing in a manufacturing environment (e.g. IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 19011, APQP, SPC, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans)

* Ability to lead cross functional teams
* Ability to collect, collate and communicate data effectively to all levels within the Company is essential
* Problem Solving skills
* Previous experience of supervising teams to meet targets in Manufacturing
* Proven strong IT skills, able to analyse data for reporting purposes and following work instruction
* Relevant degree or equivalent experience preferred
* English language skills

* Permanent working contract, working directly for JLR.
* Meals only for 1€.
