World Class Product Audit - Supervisor

Responsible for supervision of all aspects of WCPA activities at the Slovakian facility; coordination and successful execution of all WCPA deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervision of current model and forward model vehicle audits to defined standards and schedules ensuring adherence to WCPA Guidelines and vehicle standards.
• Driving continuous improvement of the department in terms of safety, quality, process and cost and to deliver an audit process as repeatable as possible.
• Ensuring on-time completion of audit reports and other associated reports as necessary, and associated AIMs.
• Liaison with external functions such as Plant Quality, Water Test, Hydropulse, S&R, NMP, Suppliers etc on matters relating to standards.
• Assist with the maintenance and safe running of the facilities and working environment.
• Coach other personnel from external functions on the role of WCPA and the WCPA Audit process.
• Support JLR Launch processes where necessary.
• Assist in the introduction of WCPA - process improvements as required
• Driving problem solving culture of the plant
• Ensure Auditor calibration and training.

The successful applicant will need the following skills and qualifications:
• Ability to follow standard procedures.
• Broad based experience of manufacturing processes.
• Full clean current driving license and passport.
• Experience of leading a Team is desired.
• A good understanding and preferably experience of Vehicle Auditing.
• Computer literate in all MS Office applications.
• Able to adapt in a pressured environment on a daily basis.
• Must be able to work on one’s own initiative.
• Ability to be proactive and reactive, with strong planning skills.
• Degree level education is desirable and / or a high degree of relevant experience is acceptable.
