Launch quality |batch AND hold senior leader

Key: To support the flawless Quality Launch of Jaguar and Land Rover products into Plant Nitra.
Responsibilities:
Lead the set-up/ensure readiness, of a new batch and hold process to support launch activity, in terms of process layout,flow facilities and labour requirements and to project manage the introduction/commissioning, of this new process.
Ensure all Batch and Hold(with OK/NOK standards for cosmetic and functional new contenct) aligned to the JLR VQS Model are completed on time, ensure the labour is in the place/people trained, to gate all new launch content robustly and protect KPI
Responsible for definition,coordination & delivery of robust raining plans to production teams to ensure build process
Responsible for tracking teams (supplier quality delivery) performace -actively drive the teams to achive individual and groups targets....

The ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision

Automotive background
PFMEA/Design for Assembly principles knowledge
Competent problem solver

Permanent working contract, working directly for JLR.
Meal card with €4 voucher per working day .Employee pays 1 Euro, Employer pays 3 Euro.
Company bus transportation. In case of traveling by own car Transport Allowance 20 Euro per month.
