Working for the HR Organisation Manager, this role supports the deployment of the Organisation initiatives in Plant Nitra. The role supports on the implementation of long term strategy and plans, while also helping to ensure the efficient day to day management of the Manufacturing headcount.
This role will be responsible for providing data analytics and creating management reports, tracking plant headcount and coordinating the ordering process for the hourly paid with the RDT. Working closely with Manpower Planning you will monitor the headcount and its fluctuations and support the HR Organisation Manager to accurately order and track headcount in line with plant requirements.
It will also be expected to identify areas for change and improvement and develop processes to better support the efficient delivery of people into the plant.
It will help support the people element of organisation design, people changes, and strategic resource planning within Plant Nitra.
The role will also support with HR Project Delivery, providing high quality support to Organisation Manager with data analytics and project management skills.
Key Performance Indicators
• Delivery of timely and accurate monthly, weekly and daily recruitment reports for the business
• Process definition and accurate execution of workforce ordering processes
• Tracking of attrition and working with the relevant teams to bring in replacements in collaboration with the Capability team
• Tracking of approved headcount against current status and forecast position

• Support team objectives to drive effective overall Organisation Management within Plant Nitra
• Manage the ongoing development of workforce ordering process and related processes
• Support organisational change initiatives to ensure strategic business objectives are met
• Cross functional working with the Centre of Expertise and Shared Service teams and wider HR community to deliver people strategies / initiatives
• Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested from time to time

Essential:
• Previous experience in Human Resources and recruitment
• Ability to multi-task a high personal workload, balancing delivery of conceptual work with attention to detail and hands on delivery
• Customer focused – ability to determine service requirements and performance measures
• Experience of involvement in HR projects and project management capabilities
• Degree qualified or equivalent experience preferred
• Advanced Microsoft excel skills (complex formulae, v look up, pivot table)
Desirable:
• International experience ideally working in Human Resources for a large, complex organisation
• Expertise and experience in supporting large scale HR projects shown through evidence of working on new or innovative practices/processes
• Previous experience in Human Resources and recruitment
• Ability to multi-task a high personal workload, balancing delivery of conceptual work with attention to detail and hands on delivery
