Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for another member to our team focused on IT infrastructures supporting customers in multinational environment.
As a part of our team of up to 16 senior engineers, you will be responsible for planning, installation, execution and optimization of network systems in the field of LAN/WAN, mainly for various network security technologies and services, such as firewalls, security gateways (CISCO Firepower, ASA, Check Point Software, Fortinet – FortiGate, RSA), remote access (VPN, IPSec, SSL) etc.
As a part of our team of up to 16 senior engineers, you will be responsible for planning, installation, execution and optimization of network systems in the field of LAN/WAN, mainly for various network security technologies and services, such as firewalls, security gateways (CISCO Firepower, ASA, Check Point Software, Fortinet – FortiGate, RSA), remote access (VPN, IPSec, SSL) etc.

Personality requirements and skills
• Degree in computer science, communications engineering or a comparable apprenticeship with practical experience in an ICT environment
• Extensive experience with LAN/WAN equipment
• Comprehensive Cisco know-how in IP networks, network security technologies, firewalls, security gateways (CISCO Firepower, Check Point Software, Fortinet – FortiGate, RSA), remote access (VPN, IPSec, SSL, ASA) etc.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching and troubleshooting in complex network infrastructures
• Ability to implement overall network infrastructure within multinational network
• Experience in handling ticket and monitoring systems
• Very good command of spoken and written English
• Excellent customer and service focus as well as team skills
• Safe to handle ITIL service processes
• Self-contained and well-structured way of working
• Willingness to travel
• Hands-on mentality, holistic thinking, team spirit, reliability and a high level of service orientation
Nice to have:
• Successful certification from Cisco (CCNP Routing & Switching or CCNP Service Provider)
• Experience dealing with e-mail security (Cisco ESA, CSA, WSA)
• Experience with Anti-DDoS like Arbor Cloud, IPS/IDS, DLP Systems
