For the production team in Bratislava in the field of mechatronic assemblies, we are looking for a highly motivated and all-round talented person with hands-on mentality for the position:

Team Leader - Production (m/f)

Job profile:

• Leading the production team, planning production and workers
• Monitoring production process and schedules
• Ensuring in time production and cost effectiveness
• Developing quality standards and measuring quality targets
• Cost calculation for new assembly projects
• Dealing with customer claims and product reworks
• Responsibility for the selection and maintenance of equipment
• Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed
• Supervising and motivating a team of workers

Requirements:

• Experience as Production manager or as Deputy production manager in small or mid-size

production companies

• Planning and organizing skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively
• Excellent time management, ability to work under pressure
• Ability to motivate the production team
• Slovak native speaker or high proficiency in Slovak, very good English skills, German language is an advantage
