Technical Sales Support Specialist (air-conditioning / HVAC)

Job profile:
• Provide technical support to the local team and to the partner network
• Technical specification of system solutions and preparation of offers
• Improve customer satisfaction by finding technical solutions for their specific requirements
• Technical order control
• Serve as a technical liaison between local affiliate and Strategic Business Unit Residential in our Central Europe Headquarter in Austria
• Preparation and update of technical literature, pricing lists and product documentation
• Occasionally organise and lead product training courses for our partners

Requirements:
• Relevant technical degree in civil engineering
• At least 2 years of experience in the HVAC Business
• Very good English skills; German is an advantage
• Pleasure working with people
• Dedicated personality with strong customer- and service orientation
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Team player
• Sound SAP knowledge
• High sense of responsibility
• proficient English knowledge (company language);
• personal strengths: initiative, strong team-orientation, reliability and flexibility
• Willingness to travel (average 4-5 days per month)
