Job description, responsibilities and duties
Provides additional support for local Facilities department, that´s responsible for 4 floors in Polus Tower 2, each floor 1000 sq meters, 560 working stations altogether.
Provides weekly maintenance of all IT equipment in the shared office premises such as meeting rooms, hot desks, Tc rooms and open space.
Responsibility is mostly in keeping all the devices and setups as per regulations and on required level.
Making sure all of the 42 shared meeting rooms are setup properly and ready to use, not missing any cables and meeting required standards.
Requires physical activity (all the connections and IT setups are placed below working station, or on the floor level).
Preferably comes once per week for 8 hours, ideally for long term period
