Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
Cash Allocation
• Daily processing of incoming client payment in different company codes (high level automation, mid-level and low-level automation)
• Process incoming client cheques
• Daily review of e-banking online tools and print out incoming receipts
• Accurate posting of bank fee, FX variances, partial payment, WHT deductions
• Processing of unidentified client payment to correct client account (for high level automation)
• Clarification of unapplied payments
• Process payment advises from clients
• Processing of client refunds to correct client account
• Processing of IC transaction for wrong client payments
• Daily clearing of incoming intermediate accounts
• Month end close reconciliation
• Blackline journal entry SOX review
General
• Maintain country specific documentation needed for processing and keep them updated
• Digital filing of original bank statements needed for SOX and external audits
• Preparation of samples for audits
