We’re seeking strategic thinkers, innovative technologists, deep subject matter experts and passionate data evangelists.

Purpose:
Facilitate innovative solutions with creation, management and evolution of fit-for-purpose reporting and technologies. Map current processes, develop, design and implement enhanced processes and tools, customize new technologies to real-world studies incorporating technical and innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:
• Support RWE Data Generation reporting
• Utilize technical skills to maintain Spotfire report & drive improvements
• Serve as a main point of contact for report-related questions. Be able to find root cause of problems, propose a solution and implement
• Support global operations team with preparation of ad-hoc analysis in areas of resourcing, productivity, operational metrics
• Identify, assess & implement tools for RWE to deliver effective and fit-for-purpose DG strategies
• Responsible for planning, leading & implementing key DG initiatives, leading initiative post-implementation efforts to ensure effective change management and adoption, reviewing and reporting key initiative post-implementation metrics
• Work with key DG stakeholders to review & report on metrics to assess impact of RWE fit-for-purpose strategies, recommend process and/or strategy revisions as necessary
• Through effective cross-functional communication ensure teams are trained and understand metrics & processes

Skills:
• Analytical skills
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, quantitative data, inputting data
• Creative in how best to visually represent metrics and analytical in interpreting high level trends/insights
• Motivated self-starter that possesses fine-tuned analytical skills
• Excellent oral/written interpersonal skills; user focused
• Strong ability to communicate technical and data concepts to non-technical audiences
• Flexibility, ability to learn, and ability to work independently as well as within in a collaborative team environment
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with Tibco Spotfire BI reporting tool is a strong plus; or alternative BI tools
• Experience in the Healthcare Industry with a regulated Life Science / Contract Research Organization (CRO) a strong plus
• Basic knowledge writing and executing SQL scripts is a plus
