Job description, responsibilities and duties

Role overview
The position will assist in the creation, management, and delivery of learning and development courses. The position will support operational teams with process related questions; and where applicable, facilitate innovative solutions that meet the needs of the business.

Responsibilities
Perform day-to-day delivery and administration of learning and development (L&D) programs according to established policies and procedures
Support the continuous development of learning solutions by managing expectations of the stakeholders and the availability of consultative resources
With guidance, provide process support and advice to employees and management teams either locally, regionally, globally or by function. Share best practices
Support the integration of learning technologies. Propose & implement innovative solutions
Develop team relationships with other departments to ensure the learning solutions work well with other systems, and ancillary products
Proactively participate in process improvement and redesign initiatives
With guidance, maintain and review process documentation and guidelines

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Experience of working cross-culturally with diverse workforce in a global environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills including good command of English language
Excellent planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and ensure results are on-time
Experience in the Healthcare Industry with a regulated Life Science / Contract Research Organization (CRO) a strong plus
