Job description, responsibilities and duties
In this dynamic position, you will need your English capabilities almost every day to be able to register, process and answer price quotations, to check technical information (drawings, material, spec’s) and to check logistic demands.
You will spend a lot of time processing and answering mails and inputting technical information into our ERP system and you will be responsible for the overall quality and coherence of the data.
There are specialised colleagues but you will need to have good technical capabilities to be able to do the job efficiently.
List of duties to do:
• Register RFQ’s into our ERP system
• Prepare technical information for the price calculation
• Complete price quotations in cooperation with a colleague
• Send quotations to the customers
• Register incoming orders in the ERP system and check prices, quantities and delivery dates.
• Send order confirmations and price/logistic remarks and follow up the customers reactions
• Prepare information for the production and purchase process
• Do urgent mail and calls with customers if technical info is missing (and discovered only during production)
• Process and manage price demands for Slovak suppliers
After a learning period you will be encouraged to improve the existing processes and to come up with new ideas on how to better organise the whole information flow in our company.

IPL s.r.o. is a production company in Sucany that is specialized in turning, milling and welding of small series parts in steel, stainless steel, bronze, plastic, etc. Most of our customers are in the food prosessing sector and are based in Belgium and The Netherlands. We have cca. 26 employees and work in a two shift system. Our production hall is +/-1500m2.
